Guide on scales, coats, patterns and markings
Which scale ?
It's important to know the size you'd like to purchase.
Small models up to scale Jewel 1:20 are printed in resin. From Venti 1:16 and taller the models will be printed in FDM (plastic) in multiple parts and assembled before shipping.
The horse on the example is Klaas, a friesian stallion 155 cm high on withers (220 cm on ears). You can see the relative size of the models depending on the scales compared to a 2€ coin.
Which coat and patterns ?
Here are the coats I propose when choosing a painted model. You can choose the base coat and patterns from this picture.
If you want something special or different, you can contact me here and we will discuss about your project. I am open for commissions and special demands.
Which markings ?
Once you've chosen your coat and patterns, you can choose to add special details such as head and leg markings. You can choose the markings of each leg.
Notice that eye and hoof colors will depend on the markings you choose based on real genetic (blue eye in the head marking else brown, light brown hoof in the leg marking else black).
